Cabbage Roll Fun Creations, So That The Child Learns To Eat Vegetables

To introduce a fresh and healthy foods  like vegetables  and fruits, it is not as easy to introduce flesh-dagingan. However, children still need natural vegetable and fruit intake.
There is a fun recipe that can make you teach children to eat vegetables. Cabbage roll recipe is not only going to make children easy-to-eat vegetables, but also fell in love with Your dishes. Yuk try, Ladies.
8 sheets of a cabbage leaf width
100 grams ground beef (or chicken minced meat
2 small slices of pineapple, cut into small dice
1/2 onion finely divide tubers
pasta/sauce 5 tbsp ready-made spaghetti
1 tbsp of butter (or unsalted butter)
sugar, salt and pepper
Olive oil to taste
How To Make A

1 egg
60 ml milk
How To Cook:
In a bowl mix the eggs and milk. Stir until blended.
Heat the frying pan sticky with heat resistant medium.
Dip each piece of bread in a mixture of milk and eggs.
Put in frying pan.
Cook until done.
Serve with butter, plain or with other  toppings to suit your taste.

Sauteed Bok Choy recipe and Minced chicken

Need a simple recipe, easy to make, and tasty?  Make stir-fry bok choy is just ground beef. For this recipe, you can also add your favorite fish sauce to add flavor to this food menu delights.
2 tsp vegetable oil
225 grams minced chicken meat
1 scallion, a batang rajang
2 tsp grated fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
450 grams of bok choy, cut so two
1 tbsp water
2 tsp sweet soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
How To Make A
1. heat the oil in a frying pan.
2. stir in the minced chicken, stir-fry until half cooked.
3. reduce heat, add onions, ginger, garlic, and saute until fragrant.
4. Add the bok choy, enter the water, then FRY evenly.
5. cover pan, let stand for 2 minutes until bok choy matures.
6. Add the sweet soy sauce, sesame oil, and  stir for 30 seconds.
7. stir fry bok choy and minced chicken meat ready served.

3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
How to make:

Serves: 1 cup
1 glass of milk
1 tsp honey
2 drops of vanilla extract
pinch of ground cinnamon
How To Make A
1. put the milk into a mug that is specifically for the microwave.
2. and then reheat in the microwave for about three minutes until bubbly.
3. combine honey and vanilla.
4. Sprinkle cinnamon powder before enjoyed.
If you do not have a microwave, you can simply prepare a glass of warm  milk by mixing hot water always. Then combine the honey and vanilla, then sprinkled with cinnamon powder.

3 large plum tomatoes
1 clove garlic
salt to taste
1 tbsp. sugar
1 piece green chilies
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. butter

How To Cook:

In a pressure cooker to cook the tomatoes, salt and sour cream and add 2 cups of water.
Cook in a high temperature.
Mix the cornstarch with the water.
With low heat burn somewhat until charred green chili.
Stir in the flour mixture, chilies and tomatoes in a blender and puree.
Heat the Pan and add the butter. When butter is melted stir in the soup and cook. Add the sugar and wait for it to boil.
Inlaid with black pepper.

Sauteed Chicken Cashew Nuts

2 tbsp oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 onion, cut into two parts
6-8 dried red chili pepper, seeded and cut into two parts
1/2 cup cashew nuts oven, wash and drain
500 g chicken, diced small
1 green onion, sliced
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
1/4 tsp sugar
2 tbsp water
How to make:

Heat the skillet and add the oil. When the oil is hot  , add the garlic, onion, dried red chilli, stir-fry until fragrant or pungent smell until you of chili.
Add cashew nuts and chicken.Cook the chicken until the surface changes color. Add all  the marinade into the skillet and continue to stir-fry until chicken is cooked through.
Add the green onions, the dish and serve immediately with steamed rice.

A Variety Of Goat Meat Recipes Easy And Delicious

The feast of Eid al-Adha had just passed. Supplies are certainly abundant meat, especially goat meat.

Goat meat can be a delicious dishes if processed properly. This meat has a distinctive taste, although some people do not like it. Aroma prengusnya else can actually be eliminated by means of proper processing.

Honey Oven Goat


200 gram goat meat
1 tsp black peppercorns, coarsely crushed
½ TSP ground rosemary
2 tbsp light soy sauce
¼ tsp salt
Honey Sauce:

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 grains of red onion, finely chopped
¼ round onions, thinly sliced
80 ml bouillon
2 large red peppers, seeded, finely sliced
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp oil, for sauteing
How to make:

Steak: combine goat meat with all the marinade steak, mix well. Leave it on for 60 minutes so that the marinade infuse.
Honey sauce: Saute garlic, shallots and onion until fragrant. Add water or broth, chilies, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Stir until thickened, remove, set aside.
Grilled goat meat until done while smeared honey sauce. Lift.
Serve with a sauce of goat and complementary.

Roasted Goat Ribs



400 grams, goat Ribs clean
1/4 grated pineapple, fruit
25 ml sweet soy sauce
100 g Margarine
Subtle seasoning:


4 cloves garlic
3 grains of red onion
2 red chilli
Salt, to taste
1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp coriander, roasted
1/2 tsp pepper, roasted
How to make:
Mix the goat ribs, seasoning smooth, ripe pineapple, and soy sauce. Mix well. Let sit a mix of ribs for approximately 35 minutes to allow marinade to seep.
Roast the ribs on the grill while smeared with the remaining margarine and seasoningsuntil cooked and browned. Lift (Turning occasionally to evenly maturity)
Serve grilled ribs with rice, sambal sauce, vegetable and fresh vegetables.

Cheesy Smoked Beef Roll with just 3 Ingredients

Along with the modern era, the daily schedule forced us to  make a practical   menu but keep nutrient dense. Is there any way to create delicious food with just 3 ingredients?

Currently very popular light snacking food   creations using 3-5 ingredients. Well, with the way this one, you can get the menu quite stomach the glut of mountings with just 3 ingredients. Smoked beef cheese roll will be choice for you. Yuk try created:


1 ready-made pizza dough

28 grams of smoked beef

250 grams of grated cheese

How To Make A

1. Preheat oven to 204 degrees celsius. Roll dough with pipihkan and the thickness that you want.

2. The smoked beef evenly on the surface of the dough, then sprinkle with cheese. When you want to, you can also add a sprinkling of oregano. The distance to the edge of dough approximately half an inch. Then roll and compress. At both ends locked with the remaining dough.

3. bake dough pads about 50 minutes or until cooked golden brown. Remove, let stand 10 minutes before the cut. For 8 servings.
